About Coach Madhavi: Your Partner in Growth and Achievement

With a background in technology and a master's degree in computer applications, I specialize in life coaching with a strong focus on executive functioning and ADHD. I understand the demands of today's fast-paced world and how they can impact our daily lives.

In addition to being a technology professional, I'm a wife and a mother of two adult daughters. These roles provide me with invaluable insights into the dynamics of family life and the unique challenges faced by individuals in different life stages.

I'm committed to aiding individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). With specialized training from ADDCA (ADHD Coach Academy), I'm well-versed in understanding and addressing the unique needs of clients with ADHD. I hold AACC (ADDCA Associate certified Coach) certification.

Iā€™m well-equipped to empower adolescents and adults to overcome obstacles, maximize their strengths, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

My ongoing journey towards International Coach Federation (ICF) certification reflects my commitment to maintaining the highest coaching standards and professional ethics.

Personal Connection

Having witnessed close family members and friends grappling with the challenges of ADHD, I've been profoundly driven to become an ADHD and life coach. This firsthand exposure to their struggles and triumphs has ignited an unwavering passion within me to create positive change for individuals facing similar hurdles.

As a life coach specializing in ADHD, I find myself in a unique position to offer valuable support while also spreading awareness and understanding about the condition. My personal connection to this issue provides me with a deep sense of empathy and insight, allowing me to connect with my clients and provide them a safe space and acceptance.

Through my coaching practice, I'm committed to actively raising awareness about ADHD. This involves educating my clients, their families, and the wider community to dispel common myths and misconceptions. By promoting accurate information and fostering an environment of compassion and understanding, I aim to reduce the stigma associated with ADHD.

My Approach

At the core of my coaching philosophy is a strength-based approach that centers on your unique qualities and capabilities and recognizes that you possess innate strengths and talents that can be harnessed to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. By building upon what you're already proficient at, we create a solid foundation for your personal and professional growth.
